Dolly's Mountain Shuttle believes in going the extra mile which means talking to each and every customer when making reservations. Feel free to email us with any questions, but all reservations need to be made over the phone. This helps ensure that we are providing you with the best possible transportation. We will take a credit card to hold your reservation, but if you prefer to pay in cash, just let us know. We have a 48-hour cancellation policy in the summer and a 45-day cancellation policy in the winter. We unfortunately do not have control over the weather. If we did, it would only rain and snow at night and every day would beautiful blue skies and the mountains filled with fluffy powder or gorgeous wild flowers. Please respect our need to uphold this policy as we are a small operation and are trying to provide the best experience for all while visiting the Gunnison Valley.
